3-storey ancient barn conversion with 6 bedrooms/semi-professional kitchen,
large living/dining space/downstairs wc/large grounds and terraces/heated pool/parking/wifi. The main terrace hosts lit covered seating area - perfect in all weathers!

Top floor
Lockable door separates this floor if just booked by 2 couples/families at reduced rate in June/early July.
  "The Rémy" - double 140 bed with luxury en-suite - fabulous barn features and curtained space for a single/cot or toddler bed. Wonderful views out of the front window and velux in the bathroom.
"Rocamadour" - Gorgeous beamed room with King 160 bed and wonderful views, with luxury en-suite (bath and shower) with a velux.
interconnecting lockable door to a double aspect twin room with luxury bathroom featuring roll top bath and hand shower with a window.

Middle balcony level
Accessed by external staircase from terrace and access via the balcony.
"Belcastel" - Large bright room with 2 balcony doors king 160 bed, with private balcony,
luxury en-suite (bath and shower) with Jack and Jill to hidden kids bunk room (2 max).
"Lapopie"- Large balcony door to a bright airy room with luxury en-suite (bath and shower)
interconnecting lockable door to another large bright room with bunks and extendable toddler - single child beds. (3-4 children depending on if Remy has a bed)

Ground Floor
Accessed directly from the fabulous large terrace adorned by kiwis and hysteria
Enter through huge double doors into a large giant-beamed living/dining space with plenty of seating, and a huge dining table to make fabulous memories. This room is wonderfully cool in the heat of the summer! A large interactive TV offers Wii, Netflix, your favourite channels etc. Access to downstairs wc. Huge toy cupboard, books and DVDs.
The semi-professional kitchen can be entered directly from the terrace or via the living room. With a huge Falcon Pro oven, buy some fabulous local produce from the local markets and cook up a storm! 
Included are 2 fridge/freezers, a wine fridge and luxury cooking items. Option to pre-order stocked freezer of kids meals and delivery of gourmet signature dishes.
